Hugging this character: As long as you're a friend. Otherwise she might treat you as a threat.
Kissing this character: If they are dating, sure.
Flirting with this character: This is acceptable. If she likes you, she might awkwardly try to flirt back, since she's never had any serious attempt at romance before.
Fighting with this character: Bring it!
Injuring this character: Unlikely. Her suit absorbs nearly all damage.
Killing this character: No unless it is discussed OOCly and has a meaningful reason.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Not with the armor on. Acts as a psychic shield.

Scan Visor: Should mention what that tells Samus about your character. Feel free to make it humorous.

The scan visor may flip out a little bit, because due to Hammerspace he's got Everything Including The Kitchen Sink stuffed in his coat, cape, and hat (or his sweater vest, if she ever sees him around as Drake)... so you have my full permission to have all kinds of fun with that.

Well, the scan visor would just generalize to give some indication what kind of gear he keeps in hammerspace; but yeah. can still try to make that humorous.

Let's talk Scan Visor for a second. As a civilian, Itsuki registers as something that could be a threat; she has nontrivial strength and martial arts training which are at least a little obvious even without it. That said, she has no powers, and the Visor will probably comment on that. It'll probably also comment on what it will assume is a gender mismatch; she's carrying herself as male but it will find more than sufficient evidence to the contrary.

When she stops being mundane, the Scan Visor will register her fairy, Potpourri, as something that is giving off life signs while most definitely being a plushie, and will register quite a bit more power from Itsuki herself, even if she can't use it until she transforms. Cure Sunshine is not identifiable as Itsuki, but is extremely tough to damage and packs a huge punch, in addition to using reflective shields that work on untested principles but that will probably still turn aside a Super Missile with a little focus, even if they do look absurd. Her height, weight, and other particulars will still match up with Itsuki, though, if it's got some capacity for matching records for unknowns. (If so, I would personally expect a comment on how completely different this form is for her, considering how feminine it is.)

Lemme see.. Simon's probably just barely gonna register as a human. The scanner might also pick up on his absurdly low body temperature, and the fact that his vitals signs are at a fatally slow crawl. Even when the crown isn't on, he'll probably still have some traces of magic on him.

The crown itself, though... The scanner will probably pick up a TON of magic off that thing. And it's practically sentient! I'm imagining a lot of "BEWARE" alerts.

Record: Long list of work as an independent contractor for a lot of shady GF and non-GF groups. Parts of his resume are illegal in many areas of the galaxy.

The Visor will pick up that his system is slightly off from what is normal in a human male about his age and general build. As for his build itself, he is trained in a couple martial arts - mainly taekwondo and aikido - and shows signs of knowing how to use various weapons. The big thing though is his right arm from the elbow down is made out of an unknown alloy with a strange energy wrapped lightly around it. It causes small amount of paint to him to use, and it seems to draw a little energy from the atmosphere around it. He also has a small pocket space that holds a large cocoon-like object, a deck of strange playing cards, and a roll of very specialized robotic tools, including a medic visor.
