Pardon me, kupo. How did Samus know Ramzas' family was the Beoulves? He didn't mention it, and didn't say anything which would have prompted her to mention them as family. As Samus has just arrived in the city as well, there is no IC way she would have even known he even had a family. He might be an orphan, for all she knew - that comment seemed rather infomoddy to me.
